It's with great regret that Flex has put on public record an application for liquidation of Crawford Loss Adjusters / Chedza International Loss Adjusters in order to recoupe money lost and fees outstanding. We hope to ensure our future operation, and the livelyness of our staff by putting forward this request.

Flex was called on to assist Chedza Loss Adjusters assigned to capture and quantify the damage to the insured assets for the July 2021 KZN riots. Flex conducted a large majority of the Chedza's claim requests by doing physical site inspections that were damaged and/or looted during the KZN riots. Flex provided systems, software, hardware and man power in order to verify and quantify the claims that were to be paid by SASRIA.
David vs Goliath.
As a privately owned company Flex funded most the required equipment, software and staff required in order to complete the assesment within a short period of time. Following the successful completion of the project Chedza declined to settle the agreed amount owed. Due to non payment many of the Flex staff were retrenched and the business put under massive financial strain.
